Overview 

Kalico Kreations provides custom-printed apparel and DTF transfers, including but not limited to:

  • T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts
  • Miscellaneous printed items
  • High-quality DTF Gang Sheets

All products are made to order and processed based on the details provided at checkout.

Ordering & Payments 

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods.
  • By submitting an order, you confirm that all provided information (designs, sizes, shipping address, etc.) is accurate.

Custom Orders 

  • You are responsible for providing correct artwork, file resolution (300 DPI recommended), colors, and sizing.
  • Kalico Kreations is not liable for errors in customer-submitted artwork.
  • We may refuse designs that include offensive, unlawful, or copyrighted content unless proper permissions are provided.

Turnaround Time & Shipping 

  • Standard turnaround time is typically 1–3 business days, not including shipping time.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or inaccurate shipping addresses.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided once the order ships.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
  • We offer replacements only in the case of defective items or production errors, reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Intellectual Property 

All designs, logos, and graphics provided by Kalico Kreations remain the property of their respective owners.
By uploading your artwork, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use and reproduce the content.

Limitation of Liability 

Kalico Kreations is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or website
  • Mistakes arising from customer-provided artwork or instructions
  • Delays or loss of items caused by third-party shipping carriers

Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

Modifications to Terms
