Refund policy

At Kalico Kreations, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Every item we produce is made to order with care and precision. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our return and refund policy below.

All Sales Are Final

Because each product is custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on custom items, including but not limited to:

  • T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts
  • DTF Transfers (Gang Sheets)
  • Miscellaneous custom products

Please ensure all artwork, sizes, and order details are correct before submitting your order.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

We will gladly replace or reprint your item at no additional cost if:

  • The item you received is damaged or defective
  • The print is significantly different from the design you submitted
  • You received the wrong item (style, size, or product)

Proof is required — please email photos of the issue to

Reporting Timeframe

All issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee replacements or store credit.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Offer Refunds For:

  • Customer errors in uploaded artwork (low resolution, wrong size, misspelled text, etc.)
  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guides before ordering)
  • Color variations between digital mockups and actual printed products
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers (we do our best to get your order out on time!)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kalico Kreations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or shipping carrier issues.
We will, however, do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
