Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order and typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing time may vary depending on:

• Order volume
• Product type
• Customization requirements

Note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Expedited shipping available at checkout where applicable.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Kalico Kreations is not responsible for delays or loss caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Delivery issues due to inaccessible locations
• Refused or unclaimed packages

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup in Rancho Cucamonga, CA by appointment only.
To arrange a pickup:

• Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout
• Wait for a confirmation email or text before arriving

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

• Contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim
• Then notify us at sales@kalicokreations.com with your order number and photos (if applicable)
  While we are not responsible for carrier issues, we’ll do our best to assist in resolving them.
